Premier League Primary Stars

Premier League Primary Stars is a fun and inclusive project that works with schools to improve PE delivery for pupils aged 5-11 years.

Our professional coaches work closely with teachers to develop and deliver bespoke lesson plans that inspire pupils to access and enjoy sport beyond the school day. They do this through identifying with schools the strengths and weaknesses of the current PE curriculum, building confidence of staff to deliver targeted coaching sessions and supporting teachers on a weekly basis around delivery both in class and through after-school clubs.

Our Primary Stars programme is all about inclusion and fun

The programme also provides Key Stage 1 and 2 classroom resources for PE, Maths, English and PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic). These resources use sport as a positive example to pupils to positively support development of life skills including teamwork and resilience whilst reinforcing key social messages like anti-bullying.

“Nottingham Forest taught a variety of skills, games and activities which I felt greatly benefited my sports provision knowledge. They made it fun for the kids but always made it clear what their focus was and the learning intentions for each session.”
